Veteran civil attorney Robert Kasprzak of Conroe has announced the kick-off of his campaign for Judge of the newly authorized 457th District Court in Montgomery County. Developed during the 86th Texas Legislative session and identified by Montgomery County Commissioners Court and the local Board of District Judges as a much-needed civil court, Kasprzak is confident his 15+ years of civil and business experience as an attorney makes him the right fit for the position.
Robert Kasprzak will join the District Judge ranks in Montgomery County, which includes only one full-time civil judge. He recently commented, “Largely because of population growth, the County’s civil court case load is growing disproportionately to that of the State in general, resulting in an overwhelming amount of stress on our judicial resources. Upon taking this bench, I expect to take over about one thousand of these active cases. My job is clear- to hit the ground running and be a work horse in efficiently and effectively processing cases.” He added, “I’m certainly ready for the job and I think it’s critical that the new judge be ready to go to work.”
Kasprzak has worked extensively throughout his career, both domestically and internationally, in handling all types of civil matters. “There really isn’t much that I haven’t seen,” explained Kasprzak. He also owns a group training fitness facility in northern Harris County with a strong membership. Regarding his experience, he commented, “I think my experiences as a small business owner have helped me relate to the issues faced by my legal clients. I’ve always tried to take a big picture approach to problem solving and pride myself on my ability to efficiently use my time and my client’s money.”
