Conroe man arrested, accused of setting fire to dog and killing it

The Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office said 20-year-old Devlin Andrews was arrested on Dec. 31, on charges of Cruelty to a Non-Livestock Animal. The DA’S office told Bluebonnet News the alleged incident happened on Dec. 15, and Andrews is accused of intentionally setting fire to a dog, causing the dog’s death. The alleged incident happened in Conroe.

Jail records from the Sheriff’s office show Andrews’ bond was set at $20,000.
