Splendora Police Department enforcing No-Refusal

Splendora Police Chief Wally Wieghat and The City of Splendora Police Department want you to stay safe as you travel this holiday season. November 27, 2019 is the second busiest travel day of the year. As we have seen by recent events, Chief Wieghat wants to reiterate how dangerous incidents of road rage can be. Please stay calm and avoid anger on the road!
Splendora Police Officers are out working STEP (Selective Traffic Enforcement Program), which was granted by The Texas Department of Transportation, throughout the holiday weekend. The Splendora Police Department, along with all fellow Montgomery County law enforcement agencies, will also be enforcing the no refusal weekend.
