The Montgomery County Precinct 5 Constable’s Office said they received information about drugs allegedly being sold at a home at 801 Pearl Drive in Montgomery, and after a search warrant was executed on Nov. 8, several types of illegal drugs along with several guns were found. Deputies found 8.7 grams of cocaine, 55.3 grams of THC, 21.1 grams of illegal mushrooms, 90 grams of liquid codeine, 122.9 grams of marijuana, four rifles and eight pistols, according to the Constable’s Office. Constable’s Officials said Clayton Grace and his wife, Breyonia, both 23, were detained and arrested, accused of having these items at their home.
Clayton and Breyonia Grace were arrested for Possession with the Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1, a first degree felony, two separate charges of Possession with the Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 2, a first degree felony, Possession with the Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 4, a second degree felony, and Possession of Marijuana, a state jail felony.
