Larry Michael Hoes was born September 9, 1946, and died October 31, 2019.
During his life he got to travel and see the world and take his family on many adventures. He had a full life with a wonderful 52-year marriage to his best friend Debbie who gave him two wonderful daughters. His girls Kimberly and Ashley then gave him two terrific grandkids, Zach and Kelsey whom he dotted on and loved deeply.
In Larry’s early years he was raised in Austin, TX as the only child to Buddy and Frances Hoes. He met Debbie when he was 19 years old attending the University of Texas where he got his Mechanical Engineering degree. He was in the oil field business for his entire career obtaining three patents and having the opportunity to move his family to both Singapore and England and in the end landed back in Texas. He was able to build his dream home on Lake Conroe and retire 12 years ago when his granddaughter Kelsey was born. He has spent the last 12 glorious years fishing, hunting and hanging out with his family and friends. He has had a full and wonderful life and will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved him.
