‘Super’ Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child suspect arrested in Spring


Authorities in Montgomery County have captured a 36-year-old Spring man who allegedly engaged in numerous sexual acts with several children, ranging in age from 5 to 15.

According to a statement from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, the suspect is Marcus Dwayne Hill. Officials say this was first uncovered on July 27 when sheriff’s deputies responded to the 30000 block of North Lake Falls Circle in Spring regarding the allegations against Hill. After the case was forwarded to the Special Victim’s Unit, detectives were able to uncover information about the allegations.

On Oct. 10, detectives with the Special Victims Unit found Hill in The Woodlands, and took him into custody on a warrant for those alleged charges. Hill is charged with Super Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child, two counts of Sexual Assault of a Child and one count of Indecency with a Child by Sexual Contact. The total bond set for Hill is $450,000.
